MY STORY

Three years ago, I was not healthy — even though on the outside, it may have been perceived that I was.
What first pulled me into health wasn’t aesthetics. It wasn’t a stage. It wasn’t social media. It was anxiety.
I struggled deeply with mental anxiety and health anxiety. I was constantly worried about my body, constantly questioning symptoms, constantly tying my identity to how I looked and how little I could eat. I under-ate. I over-trained. I believed that discipline meant restriction. I believed that smaller meant safer. I believed my worth was measured in calories. And it was exhausting.
At my lowest point, I was physically depleted and mentally overwhelmed. I thought I was “healthy” because I worked out hard and watched what I ate — but internally, I was not at peace. Food controlled my thoughts. My body image controlled my confidence. My health controlled my emotions.
Everything shifted when I began working with a nutritionist last year.
For the first time, food stopped being the enemy. It stopped being numbers. It stopped being something to manipulate. It became fuel.
Fuel for marathon training.
Fuel for my daily life.
Fuel for mental clarity.
Fuel for joy.
As a marathon runner, I learned something powerful: you cannot fake endurance. You cannot cheat preparation. You get out exactly what you put in. And no one can run the miles for you. That discipline reshaped my entire philosophy. Discipline isn’t punishment. It’s commitment. It’s showing up when you don’t feel like it. It’s trusting that the outcome is worth the effort. Health became less about shrinking — and more about stewardship.I believe our bodies are temples. I believe health is one of the greatest gifts God gives us. And I believe that when we care for it well, we get something priceless in return: time.
That’s why I care deeply about serious clients. Health cannot be cheated. You cannot outsource discipline. I will show up fully committed to you — but I expect the same in return. I’m not here

Most diets fail for one reason: they are built on extremes.
-
Undereating.
-
Overtraining.
-
Cutting entire food groups.
-
Chasing trends instead of principles.
The health and wellness industry has overcomplicated sustainable nutrition. Many people are under-fueling their bodies, over-stressing their systems, and cycling through 30-day resets that never last.
Quick fixes don’t work because they don’t address identity, discipline, or long-term habits.
You can force your way through a short-term diet.
You cannot force your way through life.
The real cost of poor health isn’t just weight gain. It’s:
-
Low energy
-
Hormonal imbalance
-
Brain fog
-
Decreased metabolic health
-
Food anxiety
-
Loss of confidence
True health isn’t extreme — it’s consistent.
Discipline does not mean restriction.
Discipline means choosing long-term freedom over short-term comfort.
And consistency wins — every time.

PHILOSOPHY & METHOD

My philosophy is simple:
Health and time are your greatest assets. When you invest in your health, you protect your time.
Health is not a season. It is stewardship. It is a lifelong commitment to sustainable nutrition, intentional movement, and structured accountability.
I believe:
-
Sustainability beats extremes.
-
Food should fuel performance, not control your life.
-
Movement should build strength, not burn you out.
-
Discipline creates freedom.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based nutrition and performance training:
-
Whole, nutrient-dense foods
-
Adequate fueling for metabolic health
-
Strength training with purpose
-
Habit-based coaching
-
Structured check-ins and accountability
-
Strategic seasons (fat loss, performance, maintenance)
As an athlete and marathon runner, I understand performance and preparation. I understand intensity — and I understand recovery. There are seasons for pushing and seasons for maintaining. The key is knowing which season you are in and why.
TaylorMade Nutrition is built on simplicity and high standards.
-
I don’t hand you a meal plan and disappear.
-
I educate you.
-
I coach you.
-
I hold you accountable.
-
I help you build an identity rooted in disciplined, sustainable health.
-
The goal is not food obsession.
The goal is food freedom.
The goal is not shrinking.
The goal is strength, clarity, and longevity.
Simple. Intentional. Sustainable.
EXPERIENCE TRANSFORMATION
My ideal client is someone who cares.
They value fitness, longevity, and performance — but they’re overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice and social media trends. They may have tried every diet. They may quietly struggle with food anxiety, calorie obsession, or tying confidence to the scale.
They’re tired of starting over.
When they begin coaching, they often feel:
-
Confused about what to eat
-
Nervous about eating more
-
Unsure how to fuel performance
-
Mentally exhausted from overthinking food
Through personalized nutrition coaching and structured accountability, everything shifts.
-
They learn how to fuel their body with confidence.
-
They train with purpose.
-
They understand sustainable fat loss and body recomposition.
-
They stop fearing food and start using it strategically.
Externally, they become stronger, leaner, and more energized.
Internally, they become calm, confident, and grounded
Health is no longer something they chase. It becomes who they are.
